Hello. My name is Ryan, I'm the owner of Wise Enterprises.

After getting out of the Army in 2007 I have been wanting to own and fix up properties.  I relocated to New London Connecticut, for work on a National Guard Contract, shortly before the Real Estate Market crashed.  After looking at properties for over a year I was finally able to buy my first property in October 2008.  It's a 3 Family house with a small convenience store attached to the side.

It's a decent house, needing mostly cosmetic work.  I've spent the past year fixing it up, finding good tenants, and now the property more than pays for itself.  And I really enjoy doing a lot of the work myself. 

Now that most of the work is done on this property I'm looking for another.  In fact, with the current market being so low, and there being so many foreclosures, I'm looking for several houses.  I'm looking to buy houses, fix them up, and rent them out until I eventually sell them when the market recovers.  I'm hoping to be able to get enough properties that I can quit my job and make working on them and managing them my full time job.

I'm in the process of incorporating Wise Enterprises into a property management company.  I'm looking for people who want to invest in my company, and in specific properties.  Both monetarily, and with their time and expertise.  I'm looking for General Contractors, Plumbers, Electricians, Painters, and general laborers to help with the repairs and updates in exchange for "shares" in the company.
